About
I am the Art Director for The Woodlands United Methodist Church. My team consists of a traffic manager, two additional graphic designers, a copywriter, a web designer, a video producer and a quarterly intern. I am responsible for all creative efforts at the church including worship design, marketing sermons, conferences, events and bible studies, and branding of the church and along with its 25+ ministries. I manage everything from the project management system, initial concepts and graphic design to how these designs are applied to the campaign including print, weekly bulletins, monthly newsletters, presentations, displays, signage, websites, e-blasts, and videos/commercials. I work very closely with the senior pastor, the director of operations, all other pastors, church members, volunteers and third party vendors. I am overjoyed in how my passion for creativity is able to improve the worship experience for 8,000 members every week. My group recently won a Houston Gold ADDY award for our 2008 Rise Easter campaign.
