This is a great "first look" type of promotional graphic for church plants and established churches, that wish to convey a casual and inviting atmosphere to their community.

I do like the message on the graphic. Great target image and look for the message as well.

This looks great, and I thank you for sharing it. The design and photography is excellent. I would only suggest, and I say this without any desire to condemn, that the message should be considered with discernment. I get the idea, and I understand why it can be effective, but we just had a big discussion about this kind of thing at our Creative Team meeting about how this type of advertising can have a kind of arrogance to it. I'm not saying the designer of this is arrogant at all, but in our context we were concerned about this for ourselves. We feel this kind of thing says "our" church is better than those "other" churches. "Our" church is more/better at this and that and the other thing. Which, in a back handed way, is a clear dis to the other churches in town. And I'm not sure Christ wants us doing that. "Finally" a church that doesn't stink. I think the word "finally" is the part that is at issue. It taps into the negativity of the culture towards church, which I understand, but I'm not sure it's a good way for us to communicate who we are. Why promote at the expense of someone else? We've decided to avoid this type of promo completely because of this issue. We want to work with the other churches in the area to help us all become Christ centered churches with messages people can understand and people to relate to. The competition has to stop.

Great casual look. If it's cool, I'm going to use this for the front of a Father's Day church pamphlet.

@Kevin,
That's a great idea! Are you able to take the PSD and edit it for your needs? If not let me know, we might be able to make some small adjustments for you for free.
God bless,

I agree with Dave (May 21). This would make me feel like a church was trying to convince me of something. If you have to tell me, it's probably not true. (That's how I'd feel if I saw this as an outsider.)
Even if that isn't the reaction it gets, Dave's right: it's divisive. Even if you really are the only church in town with a decent message and sociable people, it's unChristian to try to reach outsiders in a way that puts down other believers.
Again, it looks fine and is very stylish, but the message is unhealthy for the kingdom.

I love this design. We would like to use it as a fall kick-off. I plan on taking different photos of different ages, activities with same slogan. Thank you for sharing!
