Laura just finished up a summer student internship at Northview Community Church in Abbotsford, BC, and is now back at school to finish up her 2 year Digital Art and Design diploma. She spent the summer putting up with all the usual intern mistreatment, and designing a multitude of graphics for their youth and young adults ministries, as well as for weekend services. She is skilled in Adobe photoshop, illustrator, and indesign, and has begun her html/dreamweaver web training. Print graphics, typography, and web design are her fort-eh-s right now; her continued training will serve to broaden her range and build up experience.

Yea the price is a big killer. I think you'll find After Effects easy as pie if your familiar to the workflow of photoshop and illustrator being they all tie in. Its essentially a video version of photoshop.
But yea just let me know when you make that jump I would love to help you out.
P.S. I think your country is lovely.

Thank you! If I may I would recommend after effects and 3ds max they are the easiest to just pick up and run with. Also they have the most free high quality learning reasources such as videocopilot.net and such.
